This was our 2nd event and I cannot even wait until the Fall events. We plan on attending as many as possible.
Students were engaged throughout the program. Wonderful program – keep it up. Loved the opera and the young performer.
My favorite part was watching our kids’ faces light up throughout the show – especially when performers interacted with the audience. Students enjoyed experimenting with conducting & imitating the conductor.
What a phenomenal program! My two year old and my 7 month old were both completely engaged, as was I. What a unique experience, to be surrounded by an orchestra. The dancer, singers, and featured soloist were also fantastic.
My daughter (18 months) was fascinated with all of the instruments. She actually stayed perfectly still on my lap for the entire first half hour, just staring at the musicians. She never sits still that long!
I loved how the conductor brought the music to life for the kids by describing the emotions and then letting them listen for it. They saw how powerful and emotional the music is.
The sensory and engagement that the show provided was absolutely phenomenal! I was extremely thrilled with the level of participation from all of the people in the audience, especially our group.
The kids were engaged the entire time and talking about it days after.
I am so thankful for this program and to be able to introduce my child to orchestral music in such a unique and fun way!
The quick change of moods and compositions to keep the kids engaged. Also, there was a lot of different composers and styles (including the opera) that exposed them to a wealth of orchestra and classical pieces without seeming overwhelming.
Ingenious, captivating, unexpected, inspiring!!
I’ve never seen the 3-year-old so excited about something she’d done during the day. She told me about all different aspects of the concert and was so excited that the tube player let her “press the buttons” afterwards.
The young piano player, she was very inspiring.
I loved the mix of contemporary and classical music along with elements of dance and opera.
