Assemble the big band and cue the saxophones, we’re roaring back to the era of jazz during this year’s Inside the Orchestra fundraising event. A celebration of modern music and wonder, join us Friday, June 16, 5:30-10 p.m., at Mile High Station (2027 W. Colfax Ave.), for food, drink and entertainment presented by our very own orchestra.
And to get you ready for a fete that’s sure to be the bee’s knees, how about a brief overview of Inside the Orchestra’s recent achievements? None of which were attainable without the generous support and contribution of our devoted donors.
- More than 68,000 students from 13 countries and 35 states registered for our Virtual Resource Hub in 2021-22.
- More than 4,000 individuals attended our Tiny Tots concerts this season and programming was brought to 40 schools & libraries.
- Inside the Orchestra is committed to equity and access in the orchestra space. Approximately 60% of participants served each year receive free or reduced-price programming.
- We hosted musical storytelling programs in small schools and libraries with a goal of getting music and books in the hands of 10,000 children by the end of 2023. Hop over to Colorado Public Radio for coverage of our first-ever original symphonic story, A Surprise for Rabbit.
