A charitable bequest may be added or modified by a codicil so you don’t have to draw a new will. An attorney can assist you with the wording so that your specific wishes are met.

When including Inside the Orchestra in your will, we would like to suggest the following language:

“I give, devise and bequeath to Inside the Orchestra, a not-for-profit, 501(c)3, tax-exempt organization, having as its principal address 10255 East 25th Avenue, Unit 3, Aurora CO 80010, (percentage or specific dollar amount) for Inside the Orchestra’s general (or restricted) purpose.”
